More FAQs
Can I schedule family members together?
Yes. You have the option of family-block scheduling, which allows you to book multiple dental appointments in one day, either at the same time or back-to-back, to save you trips to our office.
What will my child’s first dental visit be like?
We work hard to create a safe, fun atmosphere for kids. After all, the experiences children have at the dentist shape how they feel about dental care and how they take care of their oral health when they’re adults! We’ll do an examination, cleaning, and fluoride treatment for our toddler patients. For older children, we also offer sealants to protect their adult teeth from cavities. If needed, fillings and crowns are often done the same day. Whatever dental treatment your kid might need, you can trust our caring team to work with a gentle touch and compassionate approach.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes! We also treat both children and adults, so you can bring your entire family.
Do you treat special-needs patients?
Absolutely, although we may need to refer our special-needs patients to a hospital if invasive treatment is needed.
I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. What are some of the latest equipment or technology in dentistry?
We use state-of-the-art equipment to offer the latest in dental technology and treatments, such as digital X-rays; ultrasonic scalers for teeth cleaning; the ClearCorrect orthodontic treatment without braces; and an intraoral camera, which we use to give you a closer look at your dental health condition.
What is considered a dental emergency?
A toothache, a fractured tooth, or an infection involving the oral cavity may all be considered a dental emergency. We work to relieve pain and discomfort quickly, so patients are usually seen and treated the same day. Learn more about emergency dental care.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your dental health, but we carefully craft personalized treatment plans that get you the results you want and the healthy smile you deserve, in as few visits as possible.
What health insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all PPO insurance plans as well as DentaQuest, MCNA, and CHIP. If you are not sure whether your health plan covers the procedure you need, our staff would be happy to contact your provider to confirm your benefits. We also have payment plans available for certain procedures (for example, crowns, night guards, and dentures), and introductory offers for patients without insurance, for emergency treatment, and for new patients.
Do you have payment plans?
For procedures that involve lab work such as crowns, dentures, or night guards, patients can put down a 50% deposit when we begin the procedure and the remaining balance when the patient receives the device. We accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and cash payments.
Can I find out the exact cost of treatment in advance?
Yes. We will carefully craft a personalized treatment plan based on your dental needs and will provide information on the cost of treatment in advance.
